Browser

1)   This Site is optimized for Microsoft Internet Explorer
2)   You must  NOT be behind a firewall 
3)   You will need the VisualRadio Remote Control  which is automtically downloaded and installed
4)   You will also need the Microsoft Media Player which is also automaticall downloaded and installed

Connecting to a Server

1)   To connect to a server select one from the list box 'Station'

Using the Bandscope

1)   Select "Show Spectrum" from the left combo box if not yet selected
2)   The "Step" Box is between the buttons "Up" and "Down"
3)   The Bandscope is only available if either a Spectrum Server or the ICOM PCR-1000 is connected
4)   Moving the mouse over the bandscope results in display of frequency and level at the left bottom of the control
5)   The display of frequency is rounded to the "Step" shown in the combo below the main frequency display
6)   A doubleclick on the bandscope will tune the receiver to the frequency shown in the lower frequency display
7)  Span and Resolution Bandwidth can be set by means of th corresponding combos

Signal vs. Time

1)   Select  "Plot Signal vs. Time" from the right combo box  if not selected
2)   You will get a plot of signallevel vs. time

Members online

1)   Select "Members online" from the right combo box  if not selected
2)   You will get a list of all members connected to the radio. If there is a blank spot this means there is a non-identified user using the java panel.

DX-Cluster

1)   Select "Connect DX-Cluster" from the left combo box if not yet selected
2)   The last 25 entries will now be shown and refreshed each minute if 'Auto-Refresh' is ON
3)   Doubleclick an entry to tune the receiver to that frequency
4)   To start scanning the cluster press "Scan Start" to stop it press the button again
5)   The delay between tuning from one entry top the next is detemined by the slider "Delay" in intervals from 1 to 10 seconds

Stationlist

1)   Click "Stationlist" in the left combo box to get a list of all pre-programmed stations on the connected server
2)   Click on a station to receive the relevant frequencies
3)   Click on the numerical value to tune the receiver

Password

1)   Some servers might need a password. Input the password into the corresponding mask
2)   If you do not know the password please contact the administator of the server

Setting Parameters

1)   Frequency can either be set by clicking on the main frequency display and keying in the frequency in MHz or by doubleclicking a point of interest on the bandscope
2)   A doubleclick on the main frequency display tunes the  receiver to the frequency rounded to the "Step shown in the  combo below the main frequency display
3)  Mode and Width are accessible through the corresponding combo boxes 
4)   Chat input is in the lower right window
